Session three of the series, “OASIS-C Process Measures: Best Practice Strategies that Reduce Risk!"

Although the new OASIS-C process measures are optional now, they could be a step toward a future system of pay for performance. This session will provide support to agencies as they evaluate their current practices and establish best practices for the following measures: falls assessment and prevention, diabetic foot care, flu/ pneumonia vaccination, and heart failure.

In this session you will learn:

• How to assess your agency’s current practices
• What the new process measures are and how to implement them
• Why it’s important to start using them now and ways to educate staff
• Effective evaluation measures to drive ongoing best practice
